tarántula
The tarantula is the world's biggest spider with a large hairy body and legs. It’s from the spider family of Theraphosidae. There are at least eleven different kinds of tarantula in the world. A fully grown tarantula has a leg span of up to 12 inches and is capable of swallowing a bird. Although a tarantula's bite is painful, it's not seriously poisonous.
