spice (ground) Description: Powdered seasoning made from a variety of tropical chiles, including red cayenne peppers. It is very hot and spicy, so use with caution. Also called red pepper. Looks like paprika. Very hot, pungent. Uses: Meats, eggs, cheese, Cajun recipes
